Rules & Possibility to purchase hacked switch

Good morning,

I have not been able to definitively find the rules on this forum regarding "want to buy" posts for a hacked/modded/exploited switch. I don't want to go ahead and create a post for the same and get banned from the forum.

Due to legalities and all, I don't believe eBay or online stores are the correct way to go (if I'm not mistaken). I believe these things are better via personal contact over such forums with credible gamers who like to sell their own modded consoles.

I wanted to find out if it's against the rules to post about wanting to buy hacked switch or if there's a particular section/forum dedicated to the same and safe to ask.

Should be fine unless you mean with pirated games. Plenty of hackable switches sell in the trading forum anyways and its not too hard to do yourself. But hacked ones should be fine too.
