just for anyone who is concerned, I tried using the latest nightly cia build of gpsp, and so far it's been the best in terms of it not crashing. I'm impressed, played Mother 3 for about an hour or so without any issues. Only crash that I can report was due to exiting retroarch without pausing the game first, it crashed upon reloading the app, however pausing retroarch and then proceeding to quit seems to be fine. Saving seems to be working properly as well. further testing is required, hopefully it doesn't randomly crash still.

Just played THPS2. Lasted less than 3 minutes and it crashed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Thanks! Using this setting, snes looks amazing.
Snes would look even better if 3d was enabled. Read about it from this guy: https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-3ds-3d-screen-looks-bad-in-2d.340847/

To see it for your self:
Just a heads ups guys, if you want to check out the difference between the image quality of square pixels versus "scanlined pixels", download GameYob. It has proper 3D mode enabled by default via the citrus library. Slide the 3D slider all to the bottom to enable the scanline picture and slide it to the top to see square pixels. It's baffling to me why other emulator developers force those damn scanlines on us instead of giving us the choice of the image quality.

Nice work with the banners gonna update soon. Here's a little test a did some may find interesting. I ran Mega Man legends 2 with 1/17 1.3.0 pcsx and 3/7 1.3.1 pcsx and it pretty much identical performance wise. (Cutscenes 40fps game 50fps)

Maybe I'll run a test with Bandicoot Or something as that probably a better ingame test as it never tops out.

Are those tests made with sound enabled or without sound?
I want to try PCSX with RE Directors Cut and RE3. Have you tested those by any chance?

Sound: off
Frameskip:1
Frameduping:off
N3ds with CIA
Fast forward: enabled during cutscenes

I haven't had a chance to try out RE but I heard it runs good, so I may try that out next.

I have a 16 GB micro sd for my N3DSXL now. I think that is enough.

But if pcsx gets fullspeed, 16 GB won't be enough. Then I'll buy a 64 GB micro sd to my N3DSXL :)

Indeed. I remember how much of a pain a 8 GB PSP stick was when I wanted to play PS1 games. Not enough space on those friggin' cards without payin' out the bum.
