Emulation Requesting help with Boktai 1

Well how'd you fix the problem of having no solar sensor? Is there a binary patch somewhere for the rom that disables the solar sensor check? Do explain.

There a binary patch that emulates the solar sensor. You push down L+A or L+R or something (I don't remember), and change the amount of "sunlight" with directional keys.

But usually Boktai roms go pre-patched.
