What are your favorite examples of representation in games?

Not sure how representative it is, but Arcade Gannon in Fallout New Vegas is gay and one of the most interesting companions in the series. Veronica (another companion) is lesbian, and it's a pretty subtle character detail for both of them. You only notice in passing dialogue and if you have confirmed Bachelor, iirc.
