thats probs why antivius thinks its a virusYou have to click extras then 'do not click me' then the answer is 42, restart the program and it should load up the titles proving your title keys.bin is in the correct folder.

Do you already have a decTitleKeys.bin file in your files9 folder? Because you should be copying the decTitleKeys.bin file that 3DSeSTUFF makes to your files9 folder, not the root of your SD card.3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 = empty folder
start 3DSeSTUFF.exe, get missing title keys message
3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 has decTitleKeys.bin 16kb
copy 3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 > decTitleKeys.bin to SD Root
start new 3ds, decrypt9WIP (16/9/19)
ticket/titlekey options > titlekey ENCRYPT (file) > decTitleKeys.bin > found 506 > encTitleKeys.bin > succeeded
copy SD ROOT > Decrypt9 > encTitleKeys.bin to 3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9
start 3DSeSTUFF.exe, get missing title keys message
3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 has decTitleKeys.bin 16kb
whats broken and how to fix the import ?
Are you using an old version of Decrypt9? The folder it used has been moved to "files9" rather than "Decrypt9" like it used to be. 3DSeSTUFF is out of date and still calls it the Decrypt9 folder. If you update to the latest Decrypt9, put the decTitleKeys.bin file into the files9 folder on your SD card and run Decrypt9's Encrypt file option and still get an issue with the resulting encTitleKeys.bin file that gets made in your files9 folder, then I'll reach out to you in a PM.@AnalogMan, thanks for the reply.
i deleted decTitleKeys.bin from SD Root.
copied 3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 > decTitleKeys.bin to SD Root/Decrypt9 folder
start new 3ds, decrypt9WIP (16/9/19)
ticket/titlekey options > titlekey ENCRYPT (file) > decTitleKeys.bin > found 506 > encTitleKeys.bin > succeeded
copy SD ROOT > Decrypt9 > encTitleKeys.bin to 3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9
start 3DSeSTUFF.exe, get missing title keys message
3DSeSTUFF > Decrypt9 has decTitleKeys.bin 16kb
same result.
Is this program safe to use?
I'll check it out... stay tuned@Rudi Rastelli will there be an update?
Since the hosting site moved your tool is not working anymore.
The very interesting of your app, or the difference with others similars, is the automatic generation of SEED DATs for FBI. I asume, copying these files to root SD (fbi/seed) is perfect to make a offline backups, not need to import from internet the seed (not depend of nintendo servers), not need to cryptofix.
With these DAT FBI can install all CIA, is correct?
Exactly. Dat files are the seeds needed to unlock the games created by any tool uses Funkycia.
Correct. There is nothing to do after importing dat with FBIIn the first run of 3dsestuff, i was used the encrypted list and seed list complete from 3ds.titlekeys.gq and the program generate 700+ seed DATs y asume this is all seed. And only needed to update the files when new releases added.
These generated DATs are corretly? or need some process or consideration? Thanks
Every pirating app is effected so no reason to askis this still working? or also affected by nintendo's current change with eshop auth?
