Chill, not everyone is as fluent in English as you are.

I don't believe there is a way to make DLCs region free as of now.
If such a method does exist, please refer me to it and I'll gladly try to incorporate it into my FE DLC dump.

DLCs are managed by the game. So using a game matching the DLC's region might work.

FE JPN DLCs only work on FE JPN game.
But they work on non-JPN consoles.

I don't see this working very well. DLC is likely to have changes, like supporting different languages.

yeah it might only work for 'international' releases, like Pokemon
