Hacking r4 sdhc dual core wont work. please help

Hello, i just recieved my r4 card. It's an R4 SDHC Dual Core. link is r4isdhc. com i formatted it, put the correct kernel on it, it booted up first time. then when i turned my ds lite off and on again it refuses to boot. have tried 2 sd cards 10+ times each. been at it for 2 hours. everytime i have to format my sd card and try again. every time it works once then fails. please help

How is the Size from your microSD Card and how is it formatted please ?
You can use this Tool if you like for re-formatting to FAT32:

Did you have checked it of Errors pleasse ?

Hello.

was a sandisk 32GB formatted in FAT32. Also tried a 2GB card in FAT32 and same result. ejected from pc before removing each time. Had to clean and repart via diskpart everytime. no errors. maybe it's the card? any help would be greatly appreciated

running h2test now. will update with results. its weird. the r4 card did it with my 128gb sd card too. both cards work fine in my phones. just not in the r4

Unfortunately microSD Cards "acting" very strange in these Days.....
Maybe of "cheaper" Production or whatever,simple some Brands (they are often "Fake Cards") are not really reliable and should be avoided.
@TurdPooCharger is one of GBAtemp´s leading "Experts" for this Topic.

Unfortunately microSD Cards "acting" very strange in these Days.....
Maybe of "cheaper" Production or whatever,simple some Brands (they are often "Fake Cards") are not really reliable and should be avoided.

definately a genuine card. bought from tesco and the other one came with my contact phone. both cards no errors on that test.
should i return the r4? or could it be my ds lite?
