Hacking Questions About The Acekard 2i

Last month my friend talked me into buying an R4 for my DS. The price was right, but the headache wasn't. I've been cursing at my R4, ready to stick a bottle rocket to it, and blow it to smithereens. I knew I should've bought an Acekard. I've got questions before I buy it:
1.)Does the Acekard 2i work with NDSL? -- I might sell my DSL and get a DSi soon
2.)Where can I buy it cheap? -- I heard DX used to sell it, but I heard they dont anymore :-(
3.)Can I load and play media with it? (ie MP3, MPG, AVI, etc)

1.)yes the ackard2i can work on the NDSL and DSI
2.)DX might sell it again after the holidays i heard-they take like 3-5 weeks though.If you want it fast go to realhotstuff.com

1) All dsi carts are backwards compatible. So yes it does work with a dsl.
2) Try 0shippingzone.com for one in china or realhotstuff.com for US
3) Moonshell 2 is your friend. You can only play .dpg for videos since the ds does not have enough power to do AVI, MKV, etc

No. If you buy from a reputable and official seller it won't. Only thing that will be different is shipping times. I bought AK2i from realhotstuff.com as well. Fast shipping from New Jersey.

On realhotstuff.com, is there a shipping difference between Acekard 2i (free shipping) and Acekard 2i? I'm assuming free shipping will take longer right?

Free shipping took 3 days for me (Michigan) for 6 of them.

I got the one with the free shipping. Their free shipping is USPS First Class Mail. It took 3 days to get to California for me I think. Not sure what shipping options are available on the regular non-free shipping AK2i they have.

Does anyone know how long it might take if I got an Acekard off of 0shippingzone.com?
