Hacking PSP CID

Hi, few years ago I read about get PSP CID and patch Ps3 CID with it (or maybe was PSID, don't remember exactly). I'd like to know if there's something I can do with my PSP and my CFW banned PS3 =/.

(I have the option of buying a Ps3 but it should have OFW 4.00 or maeby around 4.30 but I remember it was patched that way to have it by capturing traffic or something).

PD: don't know if it's forbidden to ask about PSID etc... I saw a few threads about it so I understand I can ask it.

I'm no expert on the PS3, but from what I've heard, the trick you mentioned first doesn't work anymore, Sony fixed it.

Yes, I know catching traffic was patched in OFW (maeby that ps3 what I'm talking about has a FW version unpatched yet), but I'd like to know if there's a way to use the PSP ID for PS3 (with PSN Patch..etc), I obviously have a PSP with cfw so no problem with use unsigned apps.
