I also accidentally clicked the HBL menu button, causing my Switch to enter the black screen for a few minutes. Ended up being able to turn it on somehow; seems to be working now.
Are there any other adverse effects of me clicking the HBL icon (a 2nd time, following the time you're required to do it when setting up the console)? I'm not sure if I caused any fuses to be burnt. I wasn't downgrading the console btw, just trying to find the AutoRCM screen that aroused my suspicion so that I could ask a question about it.
Anyway, fiddling around with a patched Switch for somebody as technologically retarded as me is clearly dangerous, so I'll just wait until noahc3 and others complete their tutorial before I screw up anything else.
