Thank you in advance for any and all help provided,

I may be confused with the use of the "offline account activator". I have MK11 aftermath ver 1.24(dual disc) using my JB PS4 on 9.00fw. The disc brings all DLC but I cannot access 3(Rambo) characters because my profile is offline.

"You must be signed in to an account on PSN to view new DL content" is what I get when I select one of the 3 characters to use. I used this tool to activate my profile but I still can't access the same 3 characters. Is this not a feature that the tool offers, other than game save transfering? Do I have to use "PS4 DLC unlocker Maker" instead of the offline account activator?

The offline activator purpose was for like activating a profile to use feature that are available for an activated profiles like extended format, not sure if it work for games.

Unfortunately, I think you have to sign in for that. If you own a ps5, you may be able to sign in on that and transfer to extended storage with the same account.

Thank you so much for the replies,

That is unfortunate the feature isn’t present in that manner. I figured if the DLC is on the disc then it could be unlocked via activation method.

I'm not sure how that dlc works, so there may be a way I don't know of.

yall im torn... ive been hacking away at tales of phantasia GBA (the USA version) and have so many documents of reverse engineering i've done
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
Do I restart now using what i've learned on the EU version since it's a better overall experience? or do I continue with the US version since that is what ive been using, and if someone decides to play my hack, it would most likely be that version?
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version
