So you want to downgrade to 9.2, great! Well, you will mostly need to follow another guide. But, when you boot into homebrew, close the 3Ds or just keep it open and remove the SD card, and remove the updates folder, and then copy the 9.2 update folder, and put your SD card back in. This way, there is no way any other upgrades would be there. Or, you know, you can just, turn off your internet after that just to be sure.
