The range must be set to 10. In order to find it faster reduce the range. use 34000000 as start and 3E000000 as end

Those ranges are address ranges, not value ranges. There are many, many addresses in memory. That's why the range is so huge.

For most of the game, values are between 10000000 and 40000000. For the timer you are looking, someone suggest you to look between 34000000 and 3E000000 to make your search faster. That's all

By the way, I know this may be the wrong area to ask but can I still used those pointer's apps to look for pointer for 3DS games' as well ?

Not the ones in the OP. But @BullyWiiPlaza is working on an independent pointer searcher being capable of searching pointer for any systems
Searching with 3DS/DS/Wii/GCN dumps is untested so far. It's still WIP

today or tomorrow i guess. For the first initial release of the code handler i need to add integer and floating point operations. the assembly code is already written due past testings. just needs to be properly ported and tested

JGeckoU can also be considered as compatible with it. Bully just needs to fix a tiny thing in the code (the activator value becomes sent to a wrong address. could be a typing mistake or he has misread my information, no big deal )

What do you mean exactly by costumes? Are you talking about the appearance in Mario Bros 1 world when picking up "? Mushroom" which gives random form? I still didn't unlock everything yet.

The game itself calls them costumes, maybe its called something different for your region of the game?

Anyways I was hoping someone discovered the addresses for the costumes so we dont have to go through the bullcrap extreme levels just to unlock some cool costumes to use for creator levels.

Ok, code handler is finished now. Just need Bully to update JGeckoU.
You can even convert floats to int. This should easily make it possible to display your current velocity in the timer or any other meter
So.. MK8 speed-o-meter shouldn't be far away now!
the codehandler is also going to be updated in future. I'm thinking about including text render to it so you can display any value there (if possible).

I'm due to rewrite some parts of the OP today and upload the codehandler there

yes, pointer-in-pointer for all code types are possible. Just need to update the documentation

I know pointer in pointer works, but that's not what I meant. However while we're on the topic, would be cool if we could go po-in-po-in-po too

What I meant was, with a pointer only one ram write seems possible. Would be good if we could have two writes by simply adding an extra line, like below:
