POPSTARTER Logon has failed to connect

I know this has been asked, but I am able to play PS2 games through the network and have followed many guides to get ps1 games going. The games show up on OPL (I am running OPL v1.2.0 beta). Whenever I start them, it runs into LOGON failed to connect. I have edited both .dat folders and have the correct file structure and files in the POPS folder and games are converted to VCD.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if I need a specific version of OPL to run them, which do I need? Thanks!
