Yes have 3 moded 2 ViperGC 1 XenoGC 2 of them one with green led other with blue last one stock all with SD2SP2's

I only had a XenoGC at first but I kept getting read errors even after replacing the lens (I tried tweaking the pot, etc). Thankfully, I never had a problem booting discs, only playing them for more than 15 minutes, so it was perfect for SD2SP2 since booting up Swiss only takes a few seconds.

Also, I was surprised at how cheap SD2SP2s are.

Apart from the terribly wrong and incorrect Poll(y) Title..

Yes,one....I was young and had no Idea what I am doing.....
I hacked literally a Purple GameCube to make a Do-it-youself Full Size Disc Case...the Result was awful like Polly´s Polls....

I "hope" I do not have it anymore.....otherwise I must post a Picture from this "Console Blasphemy"....

There are some 'softmods' available, I use AR myself with an MC-SD adapter.

No, we did bought it and we were really disappointment with it then we sell it in about a year or so after purchased it. And using Dolphin Emulator instead. Sorry but Game Cube was a horrible system just like Wii and Wii U. I had Wii too. Decided not to buy Wii U when it was released. Learned our lesson. Just saying.

My Gamecube is hacked with viper modchip and full-size disc mod and the cover door modified to work with a magnet so it can close.

My first one is modded with a QOOB, a full-size case, an homemade SD reader and a SD2SP2.
I have 2 other ones modded with a WKF, one is modded with a MEGA3 (enables YUV and S/PDIF)

Idr what I paid for my first ViperGC second one friend from Canada sent me a premoded GC with one in it for free

First one I had not, second one I bought 2 years ago yes. Xeno modchip + SD2SP2 + HDMI Video Output + Full size case icecube + noisekiller Fan + battery replacement with a battery holder.
Maybe I will do some LEDs in the controller ports in the future.

XENO Chip pretty easy installation also with low soldering skills.
SD2SP2 works fine, burn one mini DVD for boot up, will get updated through SD.. works fine.

Game Cube was a pretty lovley console.

Xeno + SD2SP2 and it's been amazing. Playing custom ISO's on the gamecube is always fun, whether it's a texture mod or a hack pack. And not having to buy super expensive and hard to find discs is a godsend. 128GB sd card? it takes 10 minutes for me to be playin a new game. worthy investment.
