Hidden power isn't nerfed. It used to varie between 10 and 70. Now it has a set base power, which makes it way more useful because now we don't have to tamper with it's IV for it's power

my mates going to be reallllllyyy happy to hear that. He's new to the whole EV/IV concept and has been getting frustrated about hidden power xD
