1. Only pokemon allowed to be used are those that can only be found and caught on HG/SS
2. 2 Legendary max on a team
3. Singles or Doubles? lvl 50 cap or lvl 100 cap?
4. Set team? No changing of pokemon?

Honestly this tournament is confusing when you don't know what to follow.

Is that Friday afternoon my time, or your time? You have to remember that we live in different time zones. Friday afternoon for me is not the same as Friday afternoon for you. If you mean Friday afternoon your time, be sure to tell me your time zone.
