Hacking Pokemon Black/White mystery gift edit hidden hex + fateful encounter

is there any way to edit the hidden hex value for the mystery gift for all pokemons. I try using Pokemon Mystery Gift editor v1.43 but cannot edit the hidden hex or fateful encounter. fateful encounter is needed to edit the event to trigger like raikou will trigger zoroark in lost woods. like pokesav you can edit hidden hex and fateful encounter. is there any program out there can edit mystery gift with those 2 features? or can someone help me do that part. i will give you the sav and you can help me do it or is there any program can do it? or please make a program that can do it if possible.
