Which is on the UK Amazon, you linked the US one I believe.

checked my settings, okay to receive emails

Edit for everyone else not from the UK: You need to add an address in the UK, then you get your code just after placing your order in a seperate mail.

It's a separate email labeled "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Aqua Sapphire Special Demo Version".

Yeah, the email only comes in if both invoice and delivery address is in the UK
