Yes, I know it's been done before.
Thing is, in the Team CreepyBlack version, Mt. Moon is inaccessable without editing the map. Plus, the move CURSE was just a rename of GUILLOTINE, when CURSE itself could just be modded to use the OHKO effect. It also had no modded title screen.
So, here is my first FireRed hack. Enjoy!

HOW TO USE:
Apply the IPS to a FireRed v1.0 ROM. The ROM WILL be trimmed.
Copy to a flashcart or play on your favorite GBA emulator.

Replaced Jirachi with GHOST- Currently it is only obtainable by talking to the new TRAINER in Oak's lab. The ASM code for getting it only seems to work before the Rival Battle.
Added OHKO to CURSE
Changed GHOST's learnable TMs and HMs
Increased CURSE's PP
Changed GHOST's learnable moveset
Changed title screen (barely)

Change Jirachi's backsprite
Edit ASM code so you get GHOST after Rival Battle
Remove OHKO code that looks for the defending Pokémon's level
