PLEASE HELP! Playing online games on SysNAND CFW using MissionControl?

Hello guys, I have a question: Is there any ban risk for using MissionControl in games such as Splatoon 3 or Smash Ultimate ONLINE(on sysnand cfw)? I've been using MissionControl in Smash for a while and nothing has happenned so far, but i dont know if I can try this sys-module in other online games, specifically, Splatoon 3. It would be great if you can help me with this

Oh yeah, i know that there is always a risk when you use sys-modules or mods in smash online in sysnand cfw, but what i really want to know is if it's "safe" to use this sys-modules (mission control) in other games such as Splatoon 3
