I wasn't referring to pirated games. (You can actually play pirated NES, SNES, GBA, DS, N64, etc... games without any software modification on the console.

$20NZD is less than the shipping cost of buying it on ebay.
For some reason US shipping rates have skyrocketed in recent times, and they still arrive in NZ later than something shipped from the UK.

My brother's friend thought I wanted his PAL copy and doesn't have a US one anymore, ended up importing and got it in the mail today.
