Gaming pal wii games wont show up on my ntsc wii

hello im having a problem where i when pal game on my ntsc wii the game will show up but in black and white screen and keeps moving up and when i try to force ntsc the screen go black and the sound works
i have wii sport pal because i couldent find ntsc wii sport and my wii sport is scratch and gone lost

any idea on how to fix it?

Maybe you can use external hard drive to play the game see the tutorial in YouTube how to play wii game from external hard drive because I try to play wii game pal on my NTSC wii and it works.

What are you using to play backups OP?

I using the USB loader gx and install some c iOS. of course before that you must instal letter bomb. Okay for more information see this video :
