I knew Nintendo had their own (developed in-house) graphics editor for NDS graphics, but I was doing some random googling and this came up. I don't know if any of you have seen it before but it was new to me.
I got all excited when I saw the "free trial version" but turns out that it's only available under the same conditions as if you were buying the full version. (That is, you have to be a licensed Nintendo developer.) Being me I tried anyway and got this email back:
So all hopes of that were crushed. But still, a fun fact to know IMO.
