Firmware version 9.0.2 doesn't exist.ReiNX 2.5.1 unofficial seems to be working up to firmware 9.0.2
You should use atmosphere. It is more stable and has the fastest support. While one of the nightlies shows "9.0.0 support" ReiNX apparently doesn't boot anyway because of a bootloader issue.
ReiNX officialy only works up to 8.1.
that's no rEinx2.51, that is R3inx .LoL, the link as followsReiNX 2.5.1 unofficial seems to be working up to firmware 9.0.2
Awesome, just in time thanks. I'm updated up to 9.1 now but when I installed R3inx my theme stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the toolkit isn't accepting my inputs so I can't check on my KIPs... any ideas?that's no rEinx2.51, that is R3inx .LoL, the link as follows

Not seen this before - does it all work fine?that's no rEinx2.51, that is R3inx .LoL, the link as follows

It supports up to 9.1 not 9.2. Use atmosphere. This has the fastest support. Not seen this before - does it all work fine?
So with this unofficial ReiNX 2.5.1, I can update safely to 9.2 and new games are supported?
You had any issues with it?
It does claim to support 9.2? Is that false? It supports up to 9.1 not 9.2. Use atmosphere. This has the fastest support.
It's easy af.Is switching to Atmos fairly painless?
Reinstalling games is only required when you delete the "Nintendo" folder in your sd card. Otherwise not. The only thing you do is, deleting old reinx cfw files. And this has nothing to do with your contents on your sd card. So yes. Switching the cfw is easy and doesn't delete and games.Am I gonna need to reinstall games etc, or is it just a case of switching out a few files on my SD?
Just make sure you get the latest sigpatches and you should be fineIt does claim to support 9.2? Is that false?
But yeah fair enough, guess I need to bite the bullet really.
Just feels nice and soft and warm in my little ReiNX bubble, but sadly it's a bubble that has stopped updating.

Well I fixed most of my R3inx issues. For anyone curious R3inx switched the layeredFS folders to sd\reinx\contents instead of sd:reinx\titles. Now I got my theme working again and the input problem was just an issue with my hbmenu setup. (on the plus side launching it with r finally works for me )
There is one last thing I would like to fix though. Now I can't seem to get the album applet back to normal, I deleted the "010000000000000D" which I thought should be the culprit but it still insists on launching hbmenu. I can get into the album by holding r but I wish I didn't have to worry about it.
I'm actually tempted to try this unofficial version, but I must first know: does it actually boot all .nsp that require 9.1.0 and 9.2.0? Any advice on how to update my Reinx 2.4 while keeping all the games I already have stored on my SD? Any help would be appreciated
All my games are working fine, I updated because I needed it for Animal Crossing and that's been running a dream. Basically just copy the files from the zip, overwrite, test and make sure it boots (so you know any resulting crashes aren't the result of your mods), and then move your mods over to the correct folder. As long as your Nintendo folders remain intact so should your games.
If you have themes re-extract the home and reinstall them before moving your mod folders over. Emuiibo was causing a crash for some reason, it took some troubleshooting to figure out the issue and remove that folder from the mods.
I probably will soon, it's too bad though. I liked Rei's stuff, his guide was a godsend for me when first hacking my switch.Still, Atmosphere is your best bet when it comes to quick updates, homebrew compatibility, and overall stability. You might as well make the switch now as it becomes increasingly clear that ReiNX is abandoned.
