So, I've downloaded and followed all the instructions listed by Pong20302000 and I'm still struggling to get the game working.

I keep getting white screen every single time I boot up the game, clean or patched.
I've updated/changed me EOS to the one Pong20302000 said to, I've updated my Firmware, I've seriously done every single instruction listed and the game still refuses to work.

It probably isn't possible for someone who has it working to PM or anything their DStwo settings, that I could just put onto mine, right?

when you highlight the game icon on the menu press "X" and change mode to "Clean Mode"?

"I keep getting white screen every single time I boot up the game, clean or patched."

Yes I've tried it with Clean Mode about 10 times now.

you got the rom that was 54.69mb ? not the dodgy 47.61mb one

The one I have says it's 256mb, and it's also the one that works on dsemume or however it is called.

just checked the Hex and all the data is there on the 54.69mb one
so no missing code on that one

Thanks for all the assistance with the matter, just discovered now that all this time by "54.69mb", you meant the size of the .rar

Mine happened to be a 46 mb one, so I've found a new one and re-downloading now.

Thanks again!

Okay, so what we know:

- There are apparently two Pokemon Conquest ROM's going around.
- One is approximately 46MB and is missing data somewhere, causing issues on even the DSTwo. Can be run, but not without problems. Runs fine on DeSmuME.
- The other is around 54.7MB, and it seemingly works better. The white screens are still in effect, regardless.
- The AP seems to definitely be the white screens at boot-up.

I was hoping for more creative AP.

Guys, even if there's more AP, it doesn't matter. The first instance is what's important. Anybody that bothers to fix the AP will find the rest as they go about their work.

Edit: I should say, anybody that does good work. Some random person may get the white screens and miss anything else. It's happened before.

The previous recent pokemon games have had Blackscreen ,exp, random freeze APs. whats not to consider this one would be creative either?

For example, HOW is is risky to get banned if you extract the save files to the CFW?
  • A @ ATEMVEGETA:
isn't this proccess be done while you're offline?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
We are not Nintendo, so we don't know exactly how/why/when they ban, but better to stay on the safe side and not do shady stuff, if you don't want to be banned. Hayato is one of the most knowledgeable ones here on the subject and I believe what he says.
