I know this is an relatively old and dead thread, but since I ended up here while looking for it, replying here for anyone who finds this thread looking for the plugin. I found this for anyone interested: http://www.speedfly.cn/13260.html It supports all versions (EU/US/JPN) and has some really nice cheats, including experience multiplier that the previous games didn't get.
