Nordisk Games (owner of Just Cause devs) acquires 40% ownership of MercurySteam

Nordisk Games made a considerable investment and acquired 40% of spanish game developer MercurySteam.
MercurySteam is most famously known for work on 3DS title Metroid:Samus Returns and the Castlevania:Lords of Shadows series.

Since the first time we met with them, we were very clear that both parties shared the same DNA, ambition and objectives and we are convinced that we are entering a new era of consolidation and growth for our studio. Nordisk seem to be Playstation's sole nordic and balkans distributor, own Avalanche Studios who are the people behind the Just Cause series (and Rage 2 and Mad Max), own a bunch of indy game devs, and a film group (Land of Mine being fairly recent and some might have heard of that, and apparently had a hand in that awful Midsommar film the other year, most of the rest seem to be Danish films) and a decent cinema chain in Denmark as well.

Wonder if they have aspirations towards becoming something like the Embracer group.
