Hacking Noob Question!Did i lost my game data/save files/games when i upgrade

Its my 1st time upgrading from 3.55 to 4.55 so im just gonna ask question for caution.When im upgrade my cfw did i lost my save file,game data even the games that i already had in my old multiman aka it doesnt format right?indeed this is very a noob question...

But i do know about losing 3.55 game save files when change the games to other latest

The only time PS3 formats internal HDD is either,
* You swap the drive.
* Drive is corrupted
* You personally ask it to do so.

Install CFW is not one of the reason.
