so, when I install XP (tweaked version) i have no internet. i try to renew my ip via command line but it says "RCP server not found"! what the heck, what is happening?

First, was it RCP or RPC?
Make sure the RPC (Remote Procedure Call) service is available and running (press win+r, type "services.msc"). Make sure you haven't stripped out any service relating to RPC. Google. ;-)
