Nintendont only showing a few of my games

I made an account just to ask about this because its really bugging me.
I have a set of games on a usb stick, but only 4/9 appear on nintendont. I've quadruple checked my folders, and made sure all the games are titled game.iso, so what gives?
Useful info maybe: they were all in .ciso format when i got them, i just changed the file extention to .iso

edit: i have tested all of these games in dolphin and they do load

Some games can get away with that, but not all.

If you convert (not ext. rename) ciso back to iso, you will get 4gb+ size iso's.

Why not use your SD card for GC games ? Nintendont will/can run ciso directly, & you should be able to use a large SDXC card. I've used a 512gb SDXC without any problems.
