Yes... but that will never happen because boot1 never gets written to. It happens once, in the factory and never again after that.So if boot1 gets corrupted due to it's block gone bad your only option is to desolder the NAND and solder in a complete new NAND chip then program it with an infectus?
Restoring a nand backup on to a nand that has developed bad blocks can cause issues is the system menu or it's IOS was there, other than that the data will get moved upon noticing that the block is bad.
