Need help with nds files

I need help with using nds files, I've already got the general homebrew apps such as anemone, homebrew, universal downloader, fbi, and checkpoint what other cfw if any do I need to actually use nds files?

I plan to use the nds files to download things from the universal db and when I download them I don't know what to do with them

The easiest way to run NDS files on a 3DS is to use TWiLight Menu++. Once installed, you simply load TWiLight Menu++ from the 3DS HOME Menu, browse to the folder it's in, and select it. By default Universal-Updater will install NDS programs to the root of your SD, however this can be changed if you want in settings.

Download twilight menu ++ for running nds files, it can be downloaded from universal updater if you do not have it already.

you can also use nds forwarder which can also be gotten from the universal updater
