Hacking Need Help Deciding on What Car Charger to buy?

Hi guys, I need to buy a Car Charger for DSi and based on your responses I will buy based off of these.

What is the major difference in these two chargers, and are any of these reliable? I have no concern over shipping here, all I need are is this gonna work and not cause any issues and is it reliable?
