What if we made a variation of SRLoader that gets compiled into a .tia along with a .nds and when you start the SRLoader variation it just uses SRLoader to start the .nds.

We could also compile in such a way as to have a tool that gets the SRLoader source, mods it, then compiles it with a specified .nds that it starts when the .tia is used.

I'm not sure if I'm reading you correctly, and I don't know about .TIA files, but SRLoader does have an auto-boot feature. One could potentially install multiple instances of SRLoader, each auto-booting a different .NDS file...

And then make SRLoader look like (For example) Mario Kart DS on the main menu.
