Hacking Nds-cards scam?

eCheck is a direct payment with bank account.
Anyway, I read of another person with the exact same problem as you only a week or two ago, I believe they sorted it out.

I had the same thing happen then ended up sending them the money with paypal after that they sent my card out.

They marked mine as a Gift so i was never charged customs fee's. I'm in the usa as well so don't know if that matters.

How do they know the value. I think I remember ordering something from somewhere and they marked it as a gift of 0 value.

not sure how is in your contry but i can tell you how it works here.
the sender can declare all the shit he wants, most of the times it's ignored.
the package may be "randomly selected" (they choose the stuff they think it's worth to check)
if your package is selected, the customs will open that shit up, inspect the contents and see if the value corresponds to the declared value. doesn't matter if its a gift.
if you manage to give them the right value (for example show where you get it from) they will tax it according to that value

Same. I've gotten 6 flash cards from nds-card, all shipped to the US. Not one has had any customs fee's or had any issue with customs at all.

@migles I believe you are correct. It is just random (bad) luck. If customs checks, your luck is bad. Mine must be pretty good in this regard which is odd because if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have luck!
