Hacking N3DSXL 9.4 with Blue Button Sky3DS help

Hi, newbie here.

I have N3DSXL 9.4 with Blue Button Sky3DS.
I know that I can't use Gateway, but I'm not sure if I can use any other tools floating around in this site.
I have multiple questions so please bear with me.

So can I install any CFW?
or any homebrew apps?
does Savedatafiler only work for gateway owner?
any known method to downgrade to 9.2 so I can use gateway (doubtful)?
Also important if anyone can answer this: my question about Bravely Default village
