Decided to dust off my PSVita and found that I'm on the lucky number version.
I googled around and found that the best exploit for it is Fieldrunners which will unlock 64MB of RAM for the eCFW and is the fastest launching exploit ever.

However, being that my account is a Japanese account, Fieldrunners is not in my region of SEN Store...

What are my options?

Thanks. I found that earlier, but it didn't really answer my question. I thought currently at PSN = up again and available to download.

To get on PSN requires the latest Vita FW.

At this point you have no option. Even if you were to be on 3.01 all exploitable games have already been patched by Sony. You are too late in Vita hacking scene. You have to wait for the next exploitable game, which probably won't happen until next Vita major firmware update.

not sure if it's still the case but with earlier games the fixes were made to the firmware rather than the game itself so if you have access to a cfw ps3 you can do the pc->ps3 trick to snag the game you need without updating (assuming that trick still works)

>on a cfw ps3 with online access download the game you need from the store
>sign out straight afterwards and be very paranoid not to get banned
>plug vita into a pc with openCMA installed
>unplug and leave it on the screen telling you to plug it back in
>plug vita into ps3, copy game over

Just a note, the latest TN-CF also has 64MB of RAM available to them as well, and there's supposedly another exploit game that may or may not be coming soon, so updating now would be fairly "safe" hack-wise

You do not need a CFW PS3 for this -- I did this on a regular PS3 and it worked perfectly.

BTW -- many USA exploit games cannot be transferred across -- but all EUR expoit games can be transferred across. Go with the EUR Fieldrunners (USA won't transfer) -- I did this, it worked great.
