Gaming my ps3 come up with weird numbers

hi i was playing Ratchet & clank tools of destruction and i tried quitting the game with home button and it come up with this.

no it just stays there and dose nathing really the game is behind it like normal but i dont know it has the loading thing on the other side but was not move eather.
i have restarted my ps3 and it asked me to report it to sony

it is the slim 120gb the first slim ps3 that come out

i turned off my ps3 and ever thing was fine after that
apart from it asked me to report it to sony

He said he restarted his PS3, so obviously it must have been a 1 time thing if it asked him to report the problem as well.
