Gaming .mp4 to .avi converters?

Looking for some .mp4 to .avi converters, I currently use "Pazera Free MP4 to AVI Converter". I am converting files that are roughly 250 MB and the problem I am having with the Pazera converter is that the fps (frames per second) seem to get slower as it goes on, before the file reaches 50%, it manages to get itself down to 1 fps and will take 10 hours + (based on my calculation).

Preferably the converter should be free, although if it's a well known and good paid converter then list it aswell please. 1 more thing, the converter doesn't specifically have to be for .mp4 to .avi ... It just has to include the option to convert .mp4 to .avi.

Converting a file with it now, I'll let you know about the quality, even if it's crap quality, thanks, it's so much faster than my other converter.

@Berthenk Thank you for the suggestion but since Rydian's converter works to my standards, I don't need your converter, but again, thank you for the suggestion.
