Hello guys!
(I will also open a thread but I supposed it did not harm trying to ask here first).

I was using very happily BOTW Trainer @Flump Mod on my CBHC Wii U, when it stopped working after I reset and updated my computer (win 10) yesterday?

I should say that I suspect it may have something to do with some protection on the console since the 2 messages I have are:

'No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.....' (my Ip* with exception of the port that should be 21 according to FTPIIU everywhere but that anyway is not needed by the trainer)' and ' the operation is not allowed on non-connected sockets'.

I checked with both TcpGeecko versions with the same results.
The connection of the Wii U is stable (actually faster than my pc lol).
I also turned off the firewalls and uninstalled Avira.

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
