Hacking Modchip Install Price? What should I go for?

Hi I have a local mod who has been installing for a while. Here are some prices

D2Pro installed 80 cdn
complete with programming cable installed while chip in stock very limited quantity left

or the D2pro 9 mod chip installed 130

and

The D2Pro (V2)

Usb/Jtag Programmable/Dvd Updatable installed for $ 115

Similar to the D2Pro..A Spi Flash Module

was added to the D2Pro to enable Dvd Flash Upgradability

D2Pro (V2) Modchip Installed for $110

Is it worth spending the 130 to get the best or will the 80 d2pro install do the trick.
