I saw this on /vp/ a couple of days ago so yeah, if you see at Mewtwos icon shows its normal form, so pretty much fake.

You're probably right, but the character icon isn't a valid reason to call it fake. Mega Mewtwo could be Mewtwo's Final Smash.

But still, yeah it's probably fake.
