Hacking Metal gear solid 4?

Hello, I'm trying to run Metal Gear solid 4 from my internal HDD. The game launches, I press X to "game saves automatically etc" then it just hangs on the loading screen with no HDD activity. I have tried 2 different rips but I got the same result. I'm running Rebug 4.81, webMAN 1.45.10 MOD.

Got it working, for future reference...
Using (PS3 ISO TOOLS V1.981B) doesn't work.
I has success with (Aldo's Tools genPS3ISO).
25th ann SPLiT requires files to merged and froze in cut scene.
Legacy Collection ANTiDOTE worked.
