If there's not, whats the next best thing? Randomizer Nuzlocke?

Neo X/Y are regarded as pretty bad, so I've heard.
Meme Sapphire is the best OR/AS hack, that is finished ; ))) the only one actually worth playing according to people I've asked. You should be able to find it via /vg/hbg.
