Hacking Little doubt about installing Hen on the Ps3

Hey. I recently got a Ps3 super slim with OFW 4.87, I am thinking of installing Hen seeing the Mr Mario tutorial something is not clear to me, I need to update my ps3 to 4.88 or I just use the HFW 4.88 or I have to use the HFW 4.87 so that match my console firmware.

install HFW 4.87 then install HEN.
