Gaming List of GBA games with special needs? lol

Hi, can we list the GBA games that come with special chips or sensors? Things that don't play well when using a Flashcard.

Kirby Tilt and Tumble. The Japanese one was like.. gravitational something or other

EDIT: WAIT I JUST CONFUSED MYSELF.

There is a Yoshi one.. it's the gravitational one. I might be confusing Kirby for Canvas Curse on DS..

EDIT2: Okay don't know where that name came from.. might be from another game on GBC

Yoshi (Topsy Turvy for the US, called Universal Gravitation in UK/JP): tilt
Boktai series: solar sensor
Drill Dozer: built in rumble

Also note the feature-length GBA Videos like Shrek and Shark Tale are undumped. So technically no flash cart or emulator in existance can run them.

Pokemon Pinball had built in rumble too didn't it? (well the GBC one did)

Pokemon Pinball? No, only GBC. The sequel uses Game Boy Player features like Super Mario Advance 4. I don't know of a flash cart supporting that rumble type either however.

GBC- Ready 2 Rumble boxing has rumble

And yah it may have been pre-GBC, Super GB I think but Kirby's Tilt 'N Tumble people mentioned used like a basic tilt sensor/mercury switch or something in there.

You could also while it was an attachment that came with it also include the Wireless Adapter for GBA Pokemon Red/Green that only was with it before it got budget repriced.

Drill Dozer works very well with a R4 and 3in1 Expansion...just no rumble (which in all honesty, rumble bugs the hell outta me on my ds)

yes, most of them work with IPS patches, best place to get them is:

and u have to patch ur roms first with these IPS patches, GBATA does this also.

i fixed BOKTA 1 & 2 and also WarioWare Twisted. (all three require "special needs")

As far as Drill Dozer, I don't believe there is a patch. I also don't think there is a way to get a slot 2 loader to act as both a flash cart and a rumble pack at the same time. I'm not sure about the other games though, sorry
