Latinamerican eSchop cuestion

I live in Colombia but I changed my 3DS region to USA to access the eShop but the thing is that when I try to download some preview or game it doesn't work, I've just been able to download one preview (Mario Kart 7) but the others don't work..has anyone a solution to this problem?

3ds is region locked so changing your region doesn't mean you can access another region's 3ds shop. Basically if you want to access the USA eshop you need to buy a USA 3ds, no way around it.

In LA 3ds is the same USA 3ds.

Well, the 3DS's bought in Colombia are US region, like in any other latin american country.

I don't know how, but you should use a proxy to solve this. Start searching in Google.

I live in Poland (Europe) and I'm using DSi USA-region, I can access DSiWare and buy games, but only using USA Nin. points.
My friend bought 3DS in NY for his kids and they are using it as regular Eur console.

@jowan any kind of erros or message shows up when you try to download? Check if SD card is inserted and if so is it unprotected. Bad or protected SD could cause this issue.

has anybody considered that TC may have bad internet issues instead of anything else? being in Latin America, using a US 3DS, his being able to download Mario Kart 7 preview means eShop is working just fine.

sounds to me he's got an unreliable internet connection.

actualliy my inernet connection is very good, but for some reason is very slow with the 3ds..no clue why and my sd card is good, i was in ny like 2 weeks ago and thats where i bought the 3ds and i downloaded some stuff just fine...but it doesnt matter anymore...i found a way changing the dns and i dont have to use any programm..with a website called unlock-us..thanks everyone
