"Para bellum" is Latin for "prepare for war" and is often used within the context of the phrase "Si vis pacem, para bellum", meaning "If you want peace, prepare for war." Also the name of that one pistol or other.

I love Mark Dacascos and I'm always glad to see him in movies.
The movie looks to be even more tongue in cheek than the previous ones.
I love the "guns, lots of guns" wink and nod at Matrix.
And since I love Equilibrium, the sight of a guy beating up a bunch of dudes in motorcycle helmets, rifles and katanas, while using gun kata, brings a stupid grin on my face.
Will watch.
