Gaming Is this some kind of glitch in Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations ?

I'm currently playing Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations and I'm stuck. I usually use a walkthrough just in case I forgot something or to check if I'm doing things the right way

I'm in the Stolen Turnabout in the 3rd part the investigation. The walkthrough says that I'm supposed to go to the detention center now to talk to Ron. I don't think this walkthrough is wrong because only use this page as a walkthrough and I never lost a point or anything else. I always finished the games successfully

I think it could be a bug or a glitch since I'm playing this game as a rom on my 3DS R4 flashcard. Could this actually be a glitch or am I missing something ?

Interestingly enough I played that exact part during the afternoon, and looks like the strategy guide is accurate.

You probably just forgot a step somewhere.

Oh no. This isn't a bug. I had the same issue, i got stuck. The guide is indeed accurate. Just re-follow the steps. You probably forgot one.

Seems like I just had to back to talk to Gumshoe. Apparently I either missed a conversation or it wasn't available to me when I last talked to him

Update: I'm in the court part now. I really did miss a conversation part with Gumshoe. I forgot to ask him about the victim. And you actually have to talk about the victim because you'll get some useful information

Also the flirtation between Maya and Gumshoe was just hilarious
